All prices are in NZ dollars.
Online Payments are made through Paypal, a secure online payment system. We do not have your banking details, as you are transferred to their secure banking site. The only details we have are your contact details to send the goods. Paypal will confirm your payment has been made and we ship your goodies.
At Little Cookies we feel confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If however you are not totally satisfied please contact us within 2 days and you may return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.
Returned items must be in unused condition and in original wrapping. Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (subject to our discretion) e.g. cookie cutters, plunger cutters, silicone moulds (as used with food). Glassware cannot also be returned. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
Please note that return delivery is at the cost of the sender.
At Little Cookies we carefully check over the quality of our products prior to dispatch. in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us within 2 days at email@example.com
Once the item has been received by Little Cookies and a fault is detected, we will refund the cost of the return postage and either; a replacement will be sent, store credit issued or full refund offered.
If you have had a change of mind and wish to cancel your order, contact must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please call on 04 9719710 or send us an email to info@ littlecookies.co.nz.
If it has been longer than 1 hour since placing your order, we can offer you an exchange for alternative product or store credit.
